David & Jason Benham
After retiring from professional baseball in 2002, David & Jason Benham, twin brothers and nationally acclaimed serial entrepreneurs, began building their multi-million dollar business empire, which has grown to seven companies spanning 35 states and 2 countries.
The same timing, skill, and determination that once benefited them on the baseball field catapulted them to the top of the business world in just a few short years. In spring 2014 a media firestorm followed the cancelations of the Benham's HGTV series just before airing as the network succumbed to pressures surrounding the brother's faith. The events have provided them a new platform to boldly talk about their beliefs. Today, David and Jason travel and speak to gatherings of thousands of eager and hungry business leaders. Their first book, "Whatever the Cost" recounts the trials and triumphs surrounding the loss of their HGTV show and shares the biblical principles they have developed that guide their business and personal lives. Their June 2016 release, "Living Among Lions" points to the biblical example of Daniel who holds the keys to contemporary Christians living victoriously in a world increasingly hostile to people of faith.
The brothers are each happily married with a combined 9 children, and their families live on the same street in Charlotte, NC. Their wives, Lori & Tori, homeschool the kids and are passionate about serving in their community. Life is always fun around the Benham households, especially when the twin brothers take their children along on business trips! It wasn't easy building & growing businesses this way, but somehow it all worked out.
